Comey drops BOMB On Trump After Case Thrown Out

After weeks of potential mishandling of James Comey’s case, today it was finally thrown out after the judge ruled that the prosecutor was unlawfully appointed.

The prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, is a former Trump attorney that was encouraged by Trump to prosecute James Comey and Letitia James — the latest in his retribution tour — but U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie ruled that she was appointed illegally. Not only is she illegible to prosecute this case, she has never prosecuted a case at all.

In a video, Comey said, “I’m grateful that the court ended the case against me, which was a prosecution based on malevolence and incompetence and a reflection of what the DOJ has become under Donald Trump, which is heartbreaking” — and Trump is already crashing out.

Comey’s words are a crushing blow to Trump’s attempts to silence him and embarrassing for the DOJ, whose conduct in this investigation was described as a “disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps” by a federal judge.

In a statement, the White House threatened Comey again, saying The facts of the indictments against Comey and James have not changed and this will not be the final word on this matter.”
