MAGA Dinner Turns VIOLENT As Brawl LEAKS
“I’m gonna punch you in your fucking face.”
A MAGA dinner last week turned aggressive as Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte that he would (excuse my French, but his words, not mine) “punch him in his fucking face.”
The event took place at Executive Branch, a club in Washington exclusively for Trump’s disgustingly rich billionaire buddies, and was partially an inaugural dinner, partially a birthday party for a MAGA podcaster. Bessent thought this was the perfect place to confront Pulte, who had apparently been shit-talking Bessent to Trump, in what was reportedly a very NSFW rant during cocktail hour.
“Why the fuck are you talking to the president about me? Fuck you,” Bessent told Pulte. “I’m gonna punch you in your fucking face.”
Truly a diva moment (until you remember that this is the Treasury Secretary of the United States, a Cabinet member for Trump, and the person responsible for ‘formulating and recommending domestic and international financial, economic, and tax policy’).
The altercation was disrupting enough that Executive Branch co-owner Omeed Malik was forced to get involved, prompting Bessent to tell Malik that the club wasn’t big enough for both men, and someone had to leave — or, Bessent offered, both of them could go outside.
“To do what?” asked Pulte. “To talk?”
“No, I’m going to fucking beat your ass,” said Bessent.
Awesome problem-solving skills being demonstrated here by the top officials of the United States government.
The episode was described by other Trump officials as “bonkers” and “unhinged” and is the latest in reports of behind-the-scenes infighting between government employees.
Despite the seriousness of their work, especially given worrying economic data coming out in recent weeks, Bessent and Pulte have been engaging in a kind of turf war for months — they both wanted the Treasury position and haven’t worked effectively together since then, choosing to step on each other’s toes in efforts to cozy up to Trump and win his favor instead. But, according to the White House (who has yet to comment on the situation), the only ‘hostile act’ worth mentioning is Congress voting to make the Epstein files public. If you wish we had effective leaders (that don’t get in expletive-riddled arguments at public dinners) as much as I do, please consider becoming a free or paid subscriber — it really is the best way to support my work. Either way, thank you so much for being here.

This is usually what happens when one hires ignorant unprofessional people. Sibling rivalry among Trump's umpalumpas.
ROFL I wouldn't expect anything different from the magat brigade.
