White House CAUGHT BUYING Melania Tickets After FLOP PREMIERE
But they haaate government handouts apparently.
The federal government is currently trying to inflate Melania’s ticket sales by sending promotions to the entire email list of the National Faith Advisory Board.
The NFAB, led by former senior advisor in the White House Faith Office Paula White-Cain, sent an email encouraging people to buy out private screenings of the Melania movie for groups of 30+ people, saying they should ‘support our first lady.’
The thing is, even if people do buy out seats and private showings, there’s no guarantee that those seats are actually filled with people. This is a clear attempt to boost the Melania movie’s ratings, while also demonstrating yet another conflict of interest in the Trump admin — someone that Trump appointed and that works with a MAGA group is using their role to try to make the first lady money on a movie that clearly no one cares about.
This all comes after a huge flop premiere weekend – the movie only made $7 million on opening weekend, which sounds good for a documentary until you realize Amazon spent almost $75 million on buying and advertising the movie. When will people realize MAGA isn’t a good investment.
Melania isn’t even the only member of her family currently under fire for conflicts of interest — over the weekend, The Wall Street Journal reported on a deal the Trump family struck with royals of the UAE just days before Trump’s inauguration.
This unprecedented deal gave members of the UAE’s government — a foreign government, to be clear — a 49% stake in World Liberty Financial, a company created and owned by the Trump family. This isn’t surprising, given the Trump family’s interest in the Middle East, but is a clear sign that all they care about is making themselves richer at the expense of Americans all over the country.
